CARSTUFF Online Reservation Policies

1. Full Payment Requirement

  • All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received and processed.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  •  No refunds will be issued for:

    • Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled date.

    • No-shows or failure to meet check-in requirements.

    • Driver disqualification due to incomplete waivers, missing documents, or unsafe behavior.

  •  If the vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical failure not caused by the customer, a credit will be issued toward a future rental.

  •  CARSTUFF reserves sole discretion on all refund and rescheduling requests.

3. Rescheduling

  •  Requests must be made at least 5 days in advance.

  •  One reschedule allowed per booking.

  •  Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

4. Track-Day Insurance (Optional)

  •  Insurance is not required, but renters are fully responsible for all damage if they do not provide valid track-day insurance.

  •  Insurance is strongly recommended for liability protection.

5. Damage Liability (Applies When No Insurance is Provided)

  •  Renters without insurance are financially responsible for all damage incurred during the rental.

  •  CARSTUFF will determine damages through post-event inspection.

  •  Renter agrees to pay:

    1. Full parts and labor costs based on market rates.

    2. Loss of use compensation at $200/day, calculated by the number of missed track days due to vehicle downtime.

    3. Towing or transport costs, if applicable.

    4. Any lost revenue from customer cancellations caused by vehicle unavailability.

  •  If repair cost exceeds 60% of the vehicle's declared value, the renter must purchase the vehicle at its full declared value, as listed in the rental agreement.

  •  All damage-related payments must be made within 7 days of notification. CARSTUFF reserves full discretion in determining liability and cost.

6. Safety and Behavior

  •  Unsafe driving, drifting, off-track excursions, or reckless behavior will result in immediate rental termination without a refund.

  •  All drivers and ride-along passengers must sign a liability waiver before participating.

7. Weather Policy

  •  Events operate rain or shine.

  •  If the track is closed due to extreme weather or force majeure, a reschedule or credit may be issued.

  •  Weather-related personal conflicts are not refundable.

8. Arrival and Identification

  •  Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time.

  •  Bring a valid driver’s license matching the reservation.

  •  Late arrivals may forfeit their session or full reservation without refund.

9. Minimum Requirements

  •  Drivers must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.

  •  Ride-along passengers must be 16+, and under 18 must provide a guardian waiver.
