If unsafe rain conditions cancel or significantly affect your track session, you’ll receive full credit toward a future booking — no cancellation fees, no hassle. Coverage includes: Reschedule due to heavy rain or unsafe track conditions Valid for rebooking within 6 months Applies to the specific track day and rental selected Rain Insurance does not apply to: Light rain or personal preference not to drive No-shows or late arrivals Non-track-related issues (e.g., transportation delays)

Terms and Conditions

Rain Insurance is non-refundable, unless CARSTUFF determines that your scheduled event cannot proceed due to unsafe weather conditions. Coverage includes one (1) reschedule to a future date within 6 months of your original booking, subject to availability. “Unsafe weather” is defined as heavy rain, standing water, track closure, or other hazardous conditions that, in the sole discretion of CARSTUFF, make it unsafe to operate vehicles on track. No refunds or rescheduling will be granted if: The event proceeds as scheduled The renter chooses not to attend due to personal weather preference or discomfort The renter arrives late or fails to show up The request is made after the scheduled event start time All weather-related reschedule requests must be submitted before the start of the scheduled event, and are subject to approval. CARSTUFF reserves the exclusive right to determine whether weather conditions meet the criteria for rescheduling or cancellation under this Rain Insurance policy.
